I have a landing that I am doing in laminate wood and have an issue with bringing the wood up to the end of the landing which starts for the stairs. Will this product work and will is create a flush look, i have found some that make a raised look which I dont want at the top of the stairs.

  Our laminate stair nosings are overlapping to allow for proper expansion and contraction. They are not flush mount.
