We thought the longer boards would be easier to install but they were more difficult than the 4 and 2 1/2 ft boards. However, the flooring looks great! We get compliments everytime someone comes to our home.

we hired someone to install for us. he had a little difficulty snapping boards together at first because of their thickness. Once he got the hang of it, it went pretty fast. We have 2 dogs and you can not see one scratch, very durable, easy to clean and beautiful. We put floors in sunroom and office. Would highly recommend this product.

We had someone else install the laminate. It looks SO nice....like real wood. I love it!

Installed in dining room. Room square, floor level. Last row to install needed 1.5 inches removed from edge. No problem. Last row also had to under door jam. Impossible to angle at 20 degrees and get under jam after trying to click down. Tried using rubber mallet and block to get piece to click together. Now left with one 6 foot board with 1/8 inch gap. Instructions were not clear on how to do this and the manufacturers web site was no help. May try filler but everything I read on line re fillers is not good.

The ease in installation made this so enjoyable to do! Preparation for install is still key (remove baseboards, pre-cut bottoms of doors, clean floors, etc). Follow instructions (included and well written) and be gentle with the hammer (grin).

Make sure you have a straight line set and wedges on the starting wall, difficult to keep together without that. We did not initially and spent a couple of hours trying to get the first 4 rows to stay together.
Have to beat in a bit, need a built for purpose driving block. Used cut pieces as drive pieces (done this before) and they tended to break apart fairly easily, had to clean up after tapping.
Had seams open up after well beyond them with additional flooring, not sure why it was doing that, very frustrating.
We had a few places where the edge of the laminate popped up, tryied to break off.

We feel that our products are very safe and most meet California CARB Phase I or California Phase II regulations, which is listed on the boxes.
