Love the floor

We couldn't decide between a dark wood and a light wood in our Kitchen, Dining Room and Hallway. After seeing the Hickory we decided it was our best option. It has boards that are both light on dark and the grain is gorgeous. We also choose this over the Click Lock since we wanted solid plywood engineered wood instead of the HDF. Installation was easy with a stapler and we had 350 Sq Feet installed in 3 days. i wish it had was random lengths instead of all 4 footers but still looks great. The other thing to be aware of is that some boards tops were joined from other boards. Not a biggies but wished they were all solid planks. Overall we are very happy and get many compliments.

Service and delivery comments:

Staff at store was great. Customer service was also helpful. Took about 3 weeks to order this floor.

We are going to float this floor over sub floor that is 1/2 concrete..1/2 gypcrete with radiant heat. Should we use a plastic sheeting product or roll on moisture barrier? Should we treat both areas the same? Do we also need an underlayment such as Quietwalk?
