2mm King County Knotty Oak Resilient Vinyl Flooring- 6" W x 36" L Peel and Stick Plank- 50 Year Warranty

Highlights:
- Just peel and stick! Pre-cut in plank sizes, it combines beauty with ease of installation.
- Produced with recycled raw material to make it a beautiful environment friendly flooring.
- Backed with a 50 Year Warranty

Quick Installation Tip: Subfloor surface must be clean, smooth, and level. Not recommended for installation over radiant heat.

Resilient flooring is moisture resistant which makes it an excellent choice for high moisture areas such as bathrooms, laundry rooms, kitchens, and basements. But it will also enhance the look and feel of bedrooms, living rooms, and any other areas of your home.

    Amazing Outdoor Feel

    Best Uses

    • Living Areas Hallways

Amazing beauty, looks just as good or better than natural wood. The wood patterns do not give you the look and feel of a regular tile, very little repetition. I love the knots in the wood, hence the name knotty oak. Other than some of the tiles having too much adhesive, this is an incredible product for people on a budget.

    Service and delivery comments:

We received a $90.00 discount on six boxes of tile because some of the boxes were damaged. We received six boxes for $200.00! So far we have found only one tile that was split! The sales associates at Lumber Liquidators were very helpful and they have won a new customer.

I put this product in our basement on top of cement. It looks great, but was very difficult to install. The backing never peeled off clean and it took longer to get that off than to lay the actual plank. Also they were extremely difficult to keep perfectly straight, even after snapping chalk lines and following installation instructions. When one is little off, it is amplified multiple planks later. All in all this product is good.

Living in a 2200 sq. ft multi-sectional home you have to install Luan to get the best look with this vinyl plank flooring. We also put a bonding agent down to be on the safe side. This product looks like a real wood floor. The graining is fantastic and it was extremely easy to install. The dogs are still getting used to it. The color is a great medium tone that goes well with everything. Glad we found Lumber Liquidators. Next, New cabinets from Cabinets to Go.

Put this over concrete floor in my basement that had carpet previously. The floor was extremely dirty and dust covered from years of carpet and pad. Spent a lot of time prepping the floor and had no problems with the planks sticking. In fact I had to buy some goo gone to remove some excess glue spots on some of the planks. I think the floor looks amazing! Covered 850+ square feet of family room.

                          A:

This solid vinyl product would not be affected by moisture but the adhesive on the back will be.
Unfortunately for our natural wood products it is not recommended and will void your warranty.
You could reseal prefinished flooring after it is installed, but this would void the finish warranty on the flooring and create extra expense for you after already buying a new floor with a 20, 30, or 50yr finish warranty. Adding a new finish won’t prevent all moisture from going into the seams. Wood will expand and contract with climate changes. If the flooring were to contract later and create seasonal gapping, a spill can cause water to get into the gaps. It is best to only add a new finish when the old finish starts to wear more than you like or if you have a lot of scratches you want covered up. We recommend that you use a professional sand and finish expert if you did decide to add a new finish to the flooring. Thank you for your inquiry.

The vinyl itself may curl due to the glue bond being compromised.
