Installed 1,100 sq. ft. in lower level family room and bedroom. Annapolis store help was spectacular with assistance. Only had half the product in stock locally. Sara assisted in ordering the remaining product from Texas and found the most cost effective way to have it shipped.
Purchased product for durability and water resistance with three dogs and a pool off the main room. Several large spills and muddy paws tracks later and can say the floor cleans up perfectly! After intalling traditional wood laminate flooring in two bedrooms this installation was a breeze! Simply score and crack planks. Saw is needed for finishing molding only. Make sure the subsurface is completely clear of debrie and level. Since the planks are not as thick as traditional laminate, small nails and bumps can be felt through floor. Molding was difficult to find due to the color choice we made but Lumber Liquidators had the best selection. I plan to install this type of floor in my kitchen next.

This is my third application of Tranquility 4mm click lock vinyl flooring. It is extremely easy to install (DON'T BEND IT!) over virtually any subfloor and floor condition. I swear I just open the boxes in the doorway and throw the planks in the air and VIOLA...done. The material is thick enough to ride over minor irregularities in the subfloor (or prior floor...ie sheet vinyl) which makes the prep a breeze too. This particular color is unique mixing gray with brown making it a winner to tie in off color fixtures or countertops. It does match well with Laguna Hills color of the 6mm laminate (which I used in the non-wet areas).
This product is vastly superior to the stick together floating floors sold at the big stores. Pay the extra $1 (or less) per sqft. You will be glad for the better results and easier installation.
