Comments about Dream Home Laminate Installation Kit:

The pull bar is the only good item in this kit. The tapping bar is a great size and shape but the material that it is made out of is subpar. The spacers are pretty worthless, we had to cut up paint sticks to make our own -b they worked much better!

Comments about Dream Home Laminate Installation Kit:

I wound up buying 3 installations kits due to the tapping blocks being made of a cheap, brittle material & breaking...wasted more time with that problem than actually installing my floors until I made my own out of wood...THAT worked perfectly!
Do yourself a favor...and make your own, if the first breaks as the 3 I bought, did (grrrrr)...
the blocks in those kits were a total waste of time & money.

The plastic tapping block broke while placing the second board. With the table saw, I was able to create one from a small 1x2 that got us through. Save your money! The pulling bar worked great and was included in my tool collection.

but this one is so cheaply made that the tapping block, cracked and fell apart after only 200 sq.ft. of a 500 ft job.

I installed Nirvana laminate flooring. I bought your companies cleaner and application mop. I have 1800+ sq. ft. to clean. It is very demanding covering that much area when you are 70 yrs. old. I also use a professional dry mop to dust the floors daily. Can you recommend an easier way of cleaning it?

                          A:

You are doing the right thing, however the cleaner is only necessary about once or twice a month.

For general cleaning a swiffer type system works best. Not one that sprays the floor however. Lightly damp is fine but never soak or flood mop your floor. Do not use steam mops. Have a no shoes policy as much as possible. Use felt pads on all furniture. Sweep often.
