We did a diagonal install of about 200 sq ft of this flooring (we bought 20% extra and needed almost all of it). The install went mostly well. Little chips here and there, but nothing a tiny bit of wood filler wouldn't take care of.
Some of the brand new pieces were bent or too chipped to use, but the big nail gun took care of most of the bent pieces just fine.
After install we noticed a decent chunk of one piece just splintered off. Neither my Wife nor I had any clue of how. We hadn't dropped anything big or heavy on the floor nor done any major moving. Very disappointing. Floor still looks great, but I'm very worried about how much will just break off in the near future.

We decided on this flooring for our main dining/living area in our log home. We installed it ourselves (750 sq feet) and enjoy the warm cottage feel. Easy to clean, but you do see dirt/hair more easily as it is white, but I don't mind it because I hate "masking", I like knowing it is clean!! Every piece was different and beautiful in its own way, but not so different that you had to totally look at each piece to match and make it flow. There was minimal damage to the packages from forklifts, so that was nice. I am very impressed with the quality of the wood, and the white stain was very nice. Pieces were meticulous, hardly any notches! Go by what they say and let it acclimate!!
