We had this product installed by a professional and he had very little waste and very few defects considering 462 sf went down. It looks great and is very solid.

Comments about Casa de Colour 3/4" x 3-1/4" Lono Oak:
We put this in our dining room and living room. I really like how it looks-very rich, beautiful color. Installer had no problems, and there was no waste to speak of. Originally, we'd bought the Bamboo Xiamen, but when we looked at it in our house, it was too red for us. LL took it back with no problems at all, and this gorgeous Lono Oak was in stock so we were able to take it home with us. We wished there were more pictures of this product on line- the photos are so helpful to show the true colors of the floors.

Comments about Casa de Colour 3/4" x 3-1/4" Lono Oak:
This product was great to work with. Very few pieces (less than 5 out of 21 cases) were damaged or too warped to install. I was impressed with the consistency in color, finish and milling. I would highly recommend this product!

Comments about Casa de Colour 3/4" x 3-1/4" Lono Oak:
I've said pretty much all of it already in the Pros section. The one thing is, it doesn't seem to be as nick and dent resistant as I had hoped from oak. We had considered to go with harder exotic wood, but that one has a higher environmental impact, even if it should truly be harvested sustainably (transport, etc).

We've just installed the first half of it, so I'm not too sure of the durability or ease to clean. But, it looks amazing!

Comments about Casa de Colour 3/4" x 3-1/4" Lono Oak:
Specs state that board sizes vary. Well not much. I installed 20 boxes of hardwood floors. About 4 boxes contained 1 or 2 boards that were longer than 4'. The rest of the boxes contained boards that seemed to vary between 1' and 2.5'. I installed new floors to match the existing floors in my house, and it appears as if the newly installed floors look like tile with a lot of small boards installed, while the existing floors actually contain boards that vary from 8' to 3' with the occasional small board.
They still look nice, but it looks odd next to the existing floor.

I read the reveiw that indicated the the only con is that the floor scratches easy. Wouldn't that be covered under the finish warranty?1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
Our Bellawood and Durawood finishes are superior to most prefinished and definitely to site finished floors. Scratches however are bound to happen as with and urethane covered wood. Tables, cabinets, furniture, they all can scratch just as flooring can. Good care will help prevent scratching. For general cleaning a swiffer type system works best. Not one that sprays the floor however. Lightly damp is fine but never soak or flood mop your floor. Do not use steam mops. Have a no shoes policy as much as possible. Use felt pads on all furniture. Sweep often.Q:
I picked up a sample of Lono Oak that says "Durawood" on it. When I looked up "PRALO3" (also on the tag on the sample) on the website it brought be to the page listing it as "Casa de Colour." Is this the same as the sample I picked up?1 answer
A:
"Casa de Colour" is made by Dura wood, so yes this the same product.Q:
What is Lono Oak? What are the board lengths?1 answer
A:
This is a White Oak floor.
