Product description and outside of box are misleading in that each box contains only two full length boards and the rest 1/2 or 1/4 lengths. As such, this will slow down your install as you have more pieces to fit together. I have previously used Bruce and Pergo laminate products and they did not have that issue. The thickness of the product along with the attached pad should provide a good overall installation but the visual pattern is less than I hoped for.

The floor far exceeded our expectations. I will never buy another floor anywhere but lumber liquidaters. My friends and family are very impressed and my daughter and son-in-law are going to purchase the same floor we did. I am very pleased.

We installed this laminate in our first floor bedroom of our townhouse. We have hard wood throughout the rest of the house, but had to use laminate on the first floor because it sits on a concrete slab. This product looks great and fits in perfectly with the hard woood floors in other parts of the house. This was a 12mm laminate and I wouldn't suggest going any thinner for first floor or basement installation. We used Echo Silent Sound HD Underlayment along with it. Together they've even managed to make the room warmer than the thick carpet that used to be in the room. It was so easy to install, I was able to have my 11 year old son help out a little. I definitely recommend this product!
Service and delivery comments:
I picked the product up at the Beltville, MD store (#16). The sales people were really knowledgeable and helpful. I came in to see another product and the sales people ended up showing me two products that were even better and with greater deals. We settled on Nantucket Beech. One of the installation employees happened to be in the store while we were shopping and he gave us great tips on installation as well.

I bought and installed this flooring in the kitchen of my Pastor's house. It looks absolutely great! Went down easily in a house that is over 70 years old. He has four kids and I have total confidence that they cannot damage this flooring. Thanks Lumber Liquidators!!!

We love the color, finish, and durability of this floor. It looks much more expensive in person and we've had several people compliment us about our choice and ask for info on how they can get it for themselves.

Can this product be installed in a kitchen before the cabinets go in?1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
All flooring should be installed AFTER cabinets are installed. This is because flooring needs to expand and contract freely. Expansion gaps are needed around perimeter and around any fixed vertical obstructions (cabinets). Quarter Round molding or shoe molding is used to cover the expansion gap. Without the expansion gaps in place you can experience buckling of the flooring.Q:
What's the best pattern to use with the three different sizes that come in the box?1 answer

There is no set "pattern" recommended, mix it up and shuffle the deck.Q:
