It scratches so easily that it is actually making me so aware of anything that may mark this surface I feel like I am always aware of any thing falling onto it or the dog walking on the floor

Somewhat disappointed, purchased 800 sqft of flooring ended up with three different run dates before the contractor discovered the floor was 2/3 complete. There are some boards that are thinner as the rest and it visually and physically detectable. The contractor returned 13 boxes of the flooring for the same run date and the same run date floor looks outstanding. I would highly recommend the store ask if the flooring is for one room to ensure they provide the same run date.

Beautiful wood and easy to install but would not recommend for a house with children or pets. This wood dents and scratches very easy. It is a VERY soft wood. If I had to do it all over I would choose something more durable. My 2 yr old son dropped a matchbox car and it dented the floor. After one year instead of a beautiful floor, I have a floor full of dents and stratches.

This flooring was easy to install, we used it as part of a random width floor. It looks great. But was disappointed that [...] only sells it now as odd lots (did I get same flooring, but for more money). I thought imperfections were part of the floor, and used the worst in the closet.

We can only recommend our Bellawood Floor Cleaner, or cleaners that are safe for water based urethane finishes. Never use any polish, wax, oil soaps or cleaners that add shine to the floor. In addition, we do not recommend using steamers or wet-jet cleaning systems for hardwood because spraying can collect moisture in between board edges. The use of these products is at your own risk.Q:
