The birch is a gorgeous floor. It really wows when you walk in the house. Unfortunately, we didn't realize how soft the wood was, and with only a year's usage it is scarred and marred pretty bad. I'm afraid to think what it will look like 20 years from now-yikes!

  Our Bellawood floor cleaner works very well. This can be purchased directly from our stores or on line at www.lumberliquidators.com.
  
  Our Bellawood floors are factory pre-finished with an aluminum oxide water-base urethane using a multi-step application process. (8) coats are applied to most domestic and exotic wood species and each coat is hard-cured using Ultraviolet (UV) light. Bellawood pre-finished flooring offers superior wear resistance and is backed by a limited 50-year warranty! Maintaining the appearance of any wood floor requires close attention to in-door climate controls during seasonal changes.
