BELLAWOOD- 1/2" x 5" Natural Hickory Prefinished Engineered Flooring- 100 Year Warranty! Hickory is distinguished by its amazing color variation, superb graining and outstanding durability. Being the hardest of all North American woods, it's perfect for those who want beauty and durability in high-traffic areas. Its colors run the gamut, from light tans to deep browns with reddish tones interlaced. And its stunning knurled grain is just as appropriate in a modern city loft as a rustic country cabin.
Bellawood Engineered Hardwood Floors feature a multi-ply cross-layered wood core and thick 3.5 mm solid, dry-sawn top layer. This construction design offers more dimensional stability for wide planks, making them less susceptible to the climatic effects of moisture or dryness. Other benefits of Bellawood Engineered Hardwood Floors include: - Easy installation directly on slab, subfloor, linoleum, or tile. Best of all, Bellawood Engineered Hardwood Floors feature a Lifetime Structural Warranty and 100 Year Bellawood Finish Warranty! Crafted Meticulously. Harvested Responsibly. We understand the importance of healthy forests. That's why we only buy from suppliers who practice responsible harvesting and carefully manage their cutting with replanting strategies in place. We installed this in our cottage kitchen/dining area. We have received a lot of wow comments when people first see it. I love the look of the hickory, I love the feel of the wood floor on bare feet. We have, however, dropped a couple of items on the floor and have dented it already - I guess that's normal. We did, however, hope that with hickory being the hardest wood of all, that wouldn't happen so easily.
