Comments about BELLAWOOD 3/4" x 2-1/4" Natural Maple:
Bellawood natural maple had much less waste than another brand installed by the same contractor. We retuned several boxes because the waste was so low.

Comments about BELLAWOOD 3/4" x 2-1/4" Natural Maple:
We installed the natural maple flooring throughout the entire first floor of ur home and love them. I was worried they would be too light, but now that they are down I couldn't be any happier. They brighten the house and the subtle grain adds character and interest.

Comments about BELLAWOOD 3/4" x 2-1/4" Natural Maple:
The natural Maple was the perfect amount of character and color for what we were looking for. The thin planks took a while to lay down, but the finished project is gorgeous. Time will tell if it lasts and stays this beautiful.

Comments about BELLAWOOD 3/4" x 2-1/4" Natural Maple:
I bought this flooring for a contractor to install in a kitchen renovation. Jake at the Blaine location was very knowledgeable and helpful, and the price was great.
When the floor was installed, I could hardly stand how beautiful it looked. All I wanted to do was stay home from work, lie on the new kitchen floor, and compose little songs of praise that I would then sing to it. I was reluctant to cover the floor with things like appliances and cabinets.
One big empty white room with the new maple flooring was fun while it lasted. My kitchen is done, the floor is wonderful, and I am looking forward to many years with it.

Comments about BELLAWOOD 3/4" x 2-1/4" Natural Maple:
We have three Golden Retrievers. It was impossible to keep a finish on our hardwood floors. Six months after refinishing we would be down to bare wood. We needed something tougher and had Bellawood installed. We originally had planned to do our kitchen, family room and hallway. Halfway through the project, we were so impressed we bought more and did the livingroom and dining room, too...virtually the whole first floor of our house. It's gorgeous and we love it!! So do the dogs!

I was nervous this would be too wild for my kitchen, but it actually turned out to be really pretty. It's different and that's what I like about it. It doesn't show dirt and it seems pretty durable in the kitchen so far.

Q:
what else is used in the production of this product and it's prefinishing?1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
Our Bellawood floors are factory pre-finished with an aluminum oxide water-base urethane using a multi-step application process. (8) coats are applied to most domestic and exotic wood species and each coat is hard-cured using Ultraviolet (UV) light.Q:
can 3/4" hardwood be installed over 3/4" OSB?1 answer
A:
Yes you can!Q:
We will be using a brand-new in-floor radiant heat system that uses three thermostats (ambient, outdoor, and heated water)installed directly beneath 3/4" high performance OSB, screwed-and-glued 16" on center. The maximum water temperature at subfloor contact would be 85 degrees F. We would like to install the 3/4" x 2-1/2" natural maple over the radiant heat. Would Bellawood recommend this? THANKS!1 answer

Radiant HeatQ:
can this flooring be installed over particle board.1 answer
A:
There are three methods to install the BELLAWOOD 3/4" x 2-1/4" Natural Maple over particle board. You could pull up the particle board and install CDX plywood in its place or you can install 1/2" plywood over the particle board and nail down the flooring over the plywood. Last you can float this floor by using our Elastilon underlayment and you will not have to remove the particle board if it is in good shape. Click the link below to find our installation instructions.Q:
is this maple chamferd instead of straight cut?1 answer
A:
The edges of the boards are beveled.
