The guys at the LL were very helpful and professional
They would benefit from a corporate dress code however..
Floor is nice but we have a Labrador retriever and despite frequent nail clipping the finish is quickly getting scratched.. Ugh..
Maybe a hard scraped floor would be better??

Comments about BELLAWOOD 3/4" x 3-1/4" Natural Maple:
We had this floor installed in most of our new vacation house. Much less expensive than installing unfinished wood and finishing it in place, and looks almost as nice.
Service and delivery comments:
Could not make use of "curb side" delivery. Had to rent a truck to deliver the wood. Only good part was that the LL people were very helpful loading the truck.

Comments about BELLAWOOD 3/4" x 3-1/4" Natural Maple:
We found that there was a significant number of boards with dimensional variations. Some were slightly different in width which left small gaps. We also found some thickness variation which you can feel on your bare feet.
I expected much better uniformity as that is the key to a good fit. I would not use Bellawood in the future.

Comments about BELLAWOOD 3/4" x 3-1/4" Natural Maple:
This floor is beautiful. Easy to install and alomost no product waste! We installed it in our dining room. I would recommend this product for any dining room or bed room. Not sure about durability in major/high traffic areas? I purchased the dust mop and cleaner too. Cleaning my new floor is a breeze! Sorry I don't have a photo to include.

Our sales rep was wonderful, big asset to the company. I have more gaps between boards than I would like due to warped boards and slight differences in width. Overall, I'm pleased w/ the product, the job came out very well.

Comments about BELLAWOOD 3/4" x 3-1/4" Natural Maple:
Replaced previous owners nasty carpet in two smallish bedrooms totaling about 350 sq ft. Easy to install with rented pneumatic nailer. The tongue/groove joints were almost always flawless. Ecstatic with the results...nice, clean, bright rooms now trimmed with custom white painted poplar baseboards.

I would not recommend a solid maple over radiant heat due to the lack of stability. You can however use an engineered maple.
