This was by far the best pre-finished tongue and groove hardwoord flooring I have have ever used/installed. I was blown away at how precise the tongue and groove cuts were perfect. Each box had a variety of lengths which made it easy to avoid having 2 seams near each other. All cuts with the chop-saw were clean with no splintering or chipping. All pieces were absolutely straight and there were none that were bowed. I really liked the very small beveled cut at each end....nice touch. The finish is extremely smooth and had a nice shine. I'm no expert and I was able to floor a 14 x 18 room in one day. I think this product was around 50 cents more per sq foot than others, but the quality is worth that and more. I can't say enough about about the quality.

Delivery was prompt and the products were in great shape. The guys at the Lumber liquidators in Lebanon NH know their business and had a couple useful suggestions.

Well made product with minimal waste. Very few boards out of whack and installation producing tight joints very easy.

I did customer pick-up, but all boxes were in perfect condition which eliminated waste due to damage from shipping and handling.

This was professionally installed 8 years ago in my kitchen. The installer didn't like working with prefinished wood, so I can't really comment on the installation but I know I didn't want to fuss with all the mess of sanding (in the middle of winter, too). The color is an amazing contrast to our cherry cabinets. It cleans remarkably easily, and it looks incredible.
We do have some scratches, but that is our fault (despite our no shoe policy the kitchen is off the mudroom, and some gravel from the driveway has unfortunately been dragged in).
We have a throw rug near the sink and under a window, and I notice from under the sink that the uncovered wood in the rest of the room has darkened very slightly over time (I never would have noticed if not for the throw rug).
Everyone comments on how great the floor looks, and I couldn't recommend it more highly. I'm here on the site now because I'm planning to install it in a rental property I own.

I have heard negative remarks about bellawood in the past. I have use 3 other flooring manufacturers and have never had such success with durability, consistancy, appeal. I recently reconstructed my home and we used bellawood throughout our house although it has only been a few months the quality is great. I was very impressed with the consistancy of the coloring of woods the look, neighbors come over and the first thing they all say is "your floors are amazing". I would suggest bellawood floors to anyone who is looking to reinstall new hardwood floors. Nail them in and walk away, ideal for family staying in the home while work is being done, no glue fumes, just a few cuts as needed.
