I applied to scratched bamboo areas. Not sure how the scratches occured but salesman suggested this product. It minimizes the scratches but did not totally eliminated them. I feel it's better than without the product.

It Works!

I've only tried it on light scratches on my new bamboo floor and it works really well. Rub it on and the scratches disappear.

Not so hot.

This product leaves a waxy residue that shows every footprint, even after repeated rubbing with a soft cloth and the worn areas do not look any better. I do not recommend it.

Applied to a superficial scratch and the product made absolutely no difference, maybe more obvious there was an imperfection.I would not waste my money on this product. It does not work.

Make sure floor is clean and then follow the easy instructions. It's easy to use and will cover and hide light scratches. The problem is that it only covers VERY light scratches.

  Wax filler sticks, stain markers and color-putty are now available at your local Lumber Liquidators used for minor hardwood repairs. This process is used to fill-in face-nails, nicks and gouges. Select the appropriate stick color to match the damaged area. Often several colors are used to blend colors for exotic species bring a scrap piece of the flooring to match it up.   SCRATCH-AWAY from Cal-Floor will work on laminate flooring but it is unknown for bamboo as it's formulated for laminate. Most local retailers will carry scratch repair kits for prefinshed flooring.
