The people at Lumber Liquidators were very helpful and patient. We went to the store at least 3 times to decide on which wood to purchase. I was against laminate at first because of the flimsy laminate I saw at two big box stores. This laminate was different. At the box stores and and LL I purchased samples of laminate and used my car key to see how easily the wood could be scratched. I was amazed to find not one tiny scratch on the this one. The rest, from the box stores, scratched easily. We have had it in our home for 7 months and it still looks great. We have two large dogs and a miniature schnauzer. We do use scuff protectors on all furniture legs. A friend installed it for us and he did a fabulous job. It took him about a day and a half as we have it installed in both bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen dining room combo. I like that it does not look like a picture of the wood, but instead looks like wood. It even has a slight texture of wood. Before you purchase laminate at the box stores, you need to take a trip to Lumber Liquidators.

I love how my floor looks when we got it finished. My biggest concern was that having to lay the pieces end to end first and then lifting a whole section into the previous section to snap down was somewhat difficult, especially on really long sections or when we had to go around a door frame, etc. Other than that, it was pretty easy to install, and I love the results!
Service and delivery comments:
Many of the pieces had chipped corners or damaged ends, but Lumber Liquidators was very easy to work with and very fair, and replaced the broken pieces without any problems.

The color and pattern of the wood looks great! It was very easy to install. Maintenance is very quick and easy. The only con I've found so far is the seams are sometimes visible when looking at the floor from certain angles when it's reflecting light.

the product itself is really nice, however i was trying to match a 100 year old natural hardwood floor, will now request samples for a closer color match,... as stated the color is darker than it appears online and the planks are wider than they appear...the product is a great value for the money, and will be used elsewhere in the house because it is too nice to return, i think it will look fantastic in the bedroom, or maybe even the guest house turned man cave
I shopped a couple different stores. This product was the thickest and the nicest color for my use (new office space) Pricing was also the best around. I went to LL 3 times before purchasing and each person I spoke with was very knowledgable, happy, and professional. I would recommend, before leaving the store, to ask to see the box with a full plank. My product had more knots than the sample I picked out. I still love it, but it was just an unexpected surprise.
high quality product, looks great! Staff at Lumber Liquidators has been very helpful as we are installing the floor.

Used this product on a townhouse for kitchen, dining room, living room, and hallway.
Appearance (straight overhead) I am VERY impressed with the quality of the grain pattern. From standing height it definitely looks like real walnut wood, not like a printed picture of wood as many laminates do.
If you look at the floor from an angle, such that you can observe the glare, you can tell the floor goes in as wide (6-7") strips rather than the narrow strips it is intended to emulate. However, this is not a particularly egregious flaw and is typical of this type of flooring.
This is overall an excellent value in laminate flooring, at slightly over $2/square foot with the Quiet Walk underlayment. LL employees were very helpful in determining all the supplies we required.
