really nice stair trim

This product gives a very professional look to a DIY job. It also looks much nicer than traditional metal stair nose trim. You really need to pay attention and measure carefully to make sure you cut only enough of the last plank to allow for stair nose to slightly overlap verticle edge beneath it. This trim is rather pricey, so bring your wallet if you are doing a whole staircase. Also, the pieces come in 7 1/2 foot lengths, not sure why. 8 ft would make more sense. Overall, it is worth the $ in my opinion. Great product.
