Comments about Prefinished Bolivian Rosewood Threshold:
The floor turned out to be so much more beautiful than the showroom floor display. Everyone comments on how it changed the whole look of the room. Made it look classy, warm, and clean. The floor covered was my foyer and hallway. I had an oak floor that was installed by the builder and side by side there was no comparison. The old floor actually looked old and ugly if that makes sense. Now, I plan to do more rooms in the future.[...] The price was great [...]Cindy Goss

Bathroom Installation w/walk in shower ?1 answer
A:
Due to the excessive moisture present in a full bath we cannot recommend any of our solid natural flooring or laminate products for this application, I would suggest one of our vinyl Tranquility products. We have a 2mm peel and stick and now a 4mm click together product that can go in full bath areas or where moisture is a concern. Thank you for your inquiry.Q:
When installing copper maple engineered wood floor on concrete, how level should the floor be?1 answer
A:
The final surface must be flat to within 1/8" in 6' or 3/16" in 10'.Q:
With this Schon quick click floor it says no adhesive is needed. Does that mean there is a locking mechanism on all four sides of the board? Somewhere I read states it requires glue on the short ends. Is this true? If so, what kind of glue is best to use?1 answer
A:
First look to see if your flooring has a locking joint on the ends.Q:

Will this work in a laundry rm and kitchen?,and will it hold up to dogs?1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
Hardwood, engineered, laminate (higher warranty laminate) and bamboo is acceptable for installation in a laundry, but we highly recommend you put a throw rug by any sink because an excess of water can damage any floor. Also you will need to wipe up any water as soon as possible.
