  • Q:

Our floor in the kitchen is a raised like tara cota looking thick tile. Less height than a carpet would be, but questionable as to weather or not it is equal or high/low compared to our new engeneered hard wood. How do we know weather to go with T-molding or overlap threshold??????????? This is so confusing and you want to get it right because when the flooring is layed you do not want an unfinished look between your dining area/kitchen while you waite to re-order the one that is apropriate for the space. I know one room is laminate and t-molding is the one to choose and as for the carpet I would assume that overlap threshold is the proper choice but the space that is more abundant is the kitchen/dining with a thick tara-cota looking floor????what do I choose????
