Comments about Prefinished Natural Heart Pine Stair Nose:

The pine was clear with very, very few knots. Most of the boards were long, which fit our needs perfectly. We could not be happier with the floor. It's beautiful !!!!

      • Q:

Does the two different flooring have to be exactly the same height to use the T-Molding? If not, how much of a difference can the flooring be from using the T-Molding before I have to use the reducer?
        Thank you!

You should have even floor surfaces give or take a 1/16". Otherwise you can use an End Cap or Reducer molding. Find information on these here - http://www.lumberliquidators.com/ll/flooring/Flooring101

Type search words for the transition moldings mentioned.

      • Q:

where can I find installation instructions for the T-molding? Need to know is one or both sides glued down? How is metal channel stock used? screwed down? is wood glued into the channel? Installation instructions would probably answer all of these questions.

What is the width of the T-Molding? Also, how much spacing should there be between each section of flooring?
