Comments about Prefinished Potomac Plank Threshold:
We love the look and feel of our new floor. We had it installed at our summer home in Michigan and our contractor said it was the first time working with this product and it was very easy to install. We like the rustic quality it brings to the dining, kitchen and living areas. My husband said while arranging furniture that it seemed very durable and hard. We've always had regular hardwoods that get scratched while moving in.
Service and delivery comments:
Lumber Liquidators made it so easy for us. We were working from Minnesota trying to pick out floors to be installed in Michigan. Not only was it the best price for this product, but shipping was more than reasonable and they found it in stock in Iowa and had it delivered directly to our contractor within days. Great service! I would highly recommend the store and their products!

Q:
Have installed many wood floors in the past. All of the boards are the same size, should I cut the boards to stair step so the joints aren't all the same? Assume to use a power nailer as well?1 answer
A:
Yes, but mix up the lengths of the cut starter boards to avoid a pattern. An 18 gauge cleat nailer works best with this product.
