Nice if you are VERY careful

This needs to be glued down, no exceptions. Any face nails, even with pilot holes, ruins the clear finish and makes it flake. We did this floor at our previous home and I was much happier with an unfinished WOOD transition piece stained to match the floor. I'm disappointed I didn't go that route this time and save the money.

Q:
What is the best way to install T-molding. I see u-tracks but don't see if it is best to use a u-track or to use adhesive. If I use adhesive, how do I install when the T-molding is not as thick as the carbonized stranded bamboo? Do I just butt the t-molding up to either side of the flooring and insert the bottom part of the t into the opening? What is in the space b/t the bottom of the T-mold and the floor? I'm not seeing any specific instructions on this. I need to transiton from bamboo to bamboo in one room and bamboo to tile in another room.
