Comments about Builder's Pride 3/4" x 2 1/4" Red Oak:
Put down 200 sq ft. 4 boards had grooves on both ends (instead of tongue on one end). Many of the ends were cut slightly out of square. The board thickness varies slightly and causes small ridges.

Comments about Builder's Pride 3/4" x 2 1/4" Red Oak:
Product looks great installed but was surprised at the number of boards (especially long boards) with scratches or marks from other boards. Had to use those boards carefully or cut them down to eliminate the flawed areas.

Comments about Builder's Pride 3/4" x 2 1/4" Red Oak:
Inconsistent colors, many are actually grey, some almost black, some greenish, some yellowish, some pinkish. Sample does not represent actual colors, site pix neither.

Comments about Builder's Pride 3/4" x 2 1/4" Red Oak:
I used it because it was the closest match to my existing floor in my first floor. My kitchen was linoleum and it needed to match the dining room, music room, and entryway.
Installed relatively easily. Contractors liked it, but there seemed to be more "waste" than usual in terms of splitting, when the nail gun hit it.
Our first "scratch" was when we put the fridge in place. So sad. I knew that in choosing wood over tile we should expect this - but the first day of use?

Comments about Builder's Pride 3/4" x 2 1/4" Red Oak:
Color didn't match the red oak currently in the house. Not Lumber Liquidator's fault just a headache for me.

Comments about Builder's Pride 3/4" x 2 1/4" Red Oak:
I cut it very close with the quantities and had to use some of the wood I had culled for "scrap" because of darker brown color or a few blemishes. Still, overall the room came out very nice for a first time installer!
