The floor is so warm and inviting.
Installed throughout my downstairs - Living Room, Family Room and Dining Room. It replaced carpeting. I love it, it looks great. I would definitely recommend it.

Bought this product 2 years ago and did 3 rooms without a hitch, but when we ordered some more to do another room the color had been changed and the tongue and groove had been reversed in the new product making it incompatible with what we had left over. We wasted a whole box of the flooring we had bought before.

dear Sirs,1 answer
A:
Dear Gianfranco, the 3/8" x 3" tongue and groove Schon products carry a 2 mm longitudinal sliced wood veneer. The floating floor products carry a 1.6 mm wood veneer. Please feel free to contact our product specialists at 800-476-0007, M - F between 8 am and 8 pm EST., with any other questions or to further discuss your project. Thank you for your inquiry.Q:
Can you refinish this flooring?1 answer
A:
Full refinishing will take slightly under a 1/32” off the veneer of the wood flooring. The thickness of the veneer and how much wear and dents a floor has will determine how many times it can be refinished. Solid hardwood that is ¾” thick may be refinished 4 to 7 or more times depending on how much wood was taken off on each refinishing. Low profile solid wood flooring like 5/16” thick flooring may be able to be refinished twice if the flooring is in good shape. Engineered flooring with a 1/8” wear layer or more will be able to be refinished at least once. If the engineered product has a 1/16” wear layer a professional sander may be able to refinish it, but many won’t take the chance in case they make a mistake and take too much off the wear layer. We recommend that hardwood floor refinishing be done by a professional and if your not sure if you can refinish your flooring have professional sand and finish expert come to your home and evaluate your flooring. Thank you for your inquiry.Q:
Would this be practical in a kitchen?1 answer
A:
Yes it can. With proper installation and care this flooring will last for years in this application. You can find complete care and installation instructions on the product page by clicking on the specs tab and then clicking on - Installation Guide.pdf Thank you for your question.Q:
WHICH GRADE IS IT? NATURAL, SELECT, RUSTIC, ETC.1 answer
