Comments about Casa de Colour 3/4" x 2-1/4" Remington Oak:
I installed over 400 sqft of this product over the weekend, and I could not be happier. The quality was top notch. Very few defects, and great color distribution throughout each box. I have had very little scrap, and stand to have 3-4 boxes left to return. Great Product.

Comments about Casa de Colour 3/4" x 2-1/4" Remington Oak:
We were sceptical at first for getting a good quality floor for an excellent price. We were very pleased with the easy installation and virtually no waste. There were no pieces that we could not use. There were no pieces that cracked or had a bad finish. A few pieces warped, but we were able to nail them in place with no problems. Highly recommend this product for any do-it-yourself job.

Comments about Casa de Colour 3/4" x 2-1/4" Remington Oak:
I installed these floors in every room in my house, and all I can say is Wow! What a difference in the feel of the house. I think it brings a level of classiness to the house to have hardwood floors in every room. The color and finish of the floors really enhances the appearance of every room.

Comments about Casa de Colour 3/4" x 2-1/4" Remington Oak:
I knew what I was getting. I picked up 350+ sq ft of this stuff. It wasn't the best (and that comes at a cost), but it was more than affordable compared to some of the big box stores offering comparable flooring. Each box has random sizes, but that's OK. Having 17 boxes made up for that. I was able to mix and match many pieces to obtain a really nice random look. The edges have a slight bevel to it, and I like that. It gave the floor a bit more depth and texture. I didn't want a floor that was smooth as glass where the edges were clean, or all the planks were identical in color/grain. If you're looking for that, then this floor isn't for you. Also, I recommend that you see the color in-person. The colors displayed on the website are way off for some of the stock items.

Comments about Casa de Colour 3/4" x 2-1/4" Remington Oak:
Material has milling issues. I had to return 600 square feet of material due to inconsistant milling that resulted in joints between boards not being level. Also has a couple of bad boxes in new batch.

Comments about Casa de Colour 3/4" x 2-1/4" Remington Oak:
When installing the ends of the boards do not come together flush leaving little gaps. Not the smoothest floor but looks great. Gets scratches easily it appears.
Service and delivery comments:
Delived my own.

Comments about Casa de Colour 3/4" x 2-1/4" Remington Oak:
Thought Made in the USA would be better, but it is not. Boards not milled consitantly giving some uneven. Finish slightly duller than most. Ends have slight bevel. I would say a cabin grade. Which is what I like anyway since I don't live in a mansion.

I put this flooring down in my bedroom and it came out really well. This is NOT difficult to do yourself! I'm a 52 year old woman and if I can do it, anyone can!
