one of the installation tools slipped off the edge during install and mared the finish.
Service and delivery comments:
We started the install, then decided to continue the same flooring into the next room, but of course we didn't have enough. I just want to say everyone I talked to from Buffalo, Syracuse, Mass, and the Rochester store were extremely helpful and nice. Thank You for helping us finish our project.

We needed to take up the carpet in a rental unit as our grandson had developed asthma.Had a contractor install it. He said it was an easy install on a much less than perfect floor. had a large scratch in 2 days with moving the furniture back in the room. Not sure how well it will hold up, but it sure is quieter downstairs in our apt. And the boy hasn't even coughed since we did it.

this atractive flooring is prone to chiping ,dents , scratches , does not last with normal use . If you have kids or pets it will scratch and chip like no other i have seen. Or have had. would well be well worth spending a little more for something of better quality.

Product installed in two bedrooms and appearance improved the overall size of the rooms.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery was prompt, arrived in good condition, however miscalculated amount needed. Both rooms were nearly 90% completed when not enough product, local store personnel was very helpful in calling all stores but no luck due to product being discontinued, wish I had known before making purchase. We purchased damaged product on hand to complete projects.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Good low cost alternative to a rug for those of us with allergies and/or pets; but if it is placed against higher end flooring, it looks like inexpensive laminate (vinyl look). When viewed in a single / separate room, however, it looks just fine.

Would have been beautiful flooring had there not been so many flaws in the cases of flooring we bought. There were nude patches of something mixed into the wood, chips, and white streaks under the laminate. We have had it for only a few weeks and there are many chips. Don't know if this was just a poorly made batch or if this is a brand to avoid.

YOU CAN TELL THERE IS A LITTLE MARK BETWEEN BOARDS BUT ONCE IT'S ALL INSTALLED AND YOU GET UP, YOU CAN'T NOTICE. IT LOOKS GREAT! GOOD BANG FOR THE BUCK!

For general cleaning a swiffer type system works best. Not one that sprays the floor however. Lightly damp is fine but never soak or flood mop your floor. Do not use steam mops. Have a no shoes policy as much as possible. Use felt pads on all furniture. Sweep often.Q:
