For anyone considering this product you should know that we installed this flooring throughout the entire downstairs of our house seven years ago and it still looks brand new. We have four children and a large dog and our finish shines like the day it was installed. We do have this flooring in our kitchen and our dishwasher has overflowed several times and it did not warp this flooring. This flooring is the first thing people comment about when visiting us for the first time.
The only downside is that it is expensive. We are still saving up to install this on the second and third floors of our house.

We love the beautiful color variations of the floor. It is a nice contrast to nearly every other type of wood we have in our home. It makes our home seem like a new place to live.

For general cleaning a swiffer type system works best. Not one that sprays the floor however. Lightly damp is fine but never soak or flood mop your floor. DO NOT use steam mops as steam can harm wood floors. Have a no shoes policy as much as possible. Use felt pads on all furniture. Sweep often.Q:
One of the questions indicates the length of the lumber is 12" to 86". I have found that many suppliers tend to provide a significant majority of the 12" length. In interestingly sometimes al you need is to rub it off with your finger. Another method is (ironically) use the fuzz parts of a tennis ball. Magic Eraser has also been known to work.Q:

Besides the difference in thickness of 3/8" and 3/4" Bellawood flooring there are not many other differences. They both have the same durable finish. They both offer the same wear resistance and 100yr warranty. The 3/8" Bellawood flooring can be glue down or nailed down, but the 3/4" flooring can only be nailed down. You can refinish a 3/4" flooring plank more times than a 3/8" flooring plank. The type of fasteners used in a 3/8" floor is different from 3/4" flooring. Most customers choose a thickness that matches up best to other floor covering materials in there home.Q:
