just had it installed in the living room. Over the course of several weeks will put it in family & dining rooms. Product seems good, little waste. Plenty of long boards. Two boards out of 300sqft so far were off width wise. Installer didn't seem to have any difficulties, did comment that its a very hard material. When putting furniture back, nylon foot of couch scratched finish, so felt pads are in order.

Q:Is this a pre-finished product? If so, what is it finished with?
A:This has a water-based flooring grade urethane with aluminum oxide anti-scratch and is UV treated to dry and harden.
Q:For the first row can I use the Norge 18 ga brad nailer gun to nail it on the sub-floor? Or I have to pre-drill a hole and use a hammer put a nail down?
A:When nailing your first and last rows where a nailer won't fit because of the wall or cabinets, drill and hand nail as many boards as you can through the tongue at a 45 degree angle. When you don't have room for that pre-drill with 3mm bit (3/32") to prevent finish damage/cracking and face nail with 5d-8d galvanized, screw shank, ring shank or regular finish nails. Countersink with a nail punch and fill holes with a matching filler.
