Comments about BELLAWOOD 3/4" x 2-1/4" Maple:
Wonderful hardwood product. Order came in quickly, only a matter of days since order was placed. LL called to let me know they received my online order the day after I placed it which was a nice touch.
We installed almost 1000 sq ft of this flooring and we love it. It sparkles in the house, it hides scratches or smudges well, and it just looks gorgeous; we couldn't be happier! We didn't have very much waste at all, the flooring was milled very well. We didn't have any problems with the finish having any extra globs on the ends or anything. Like I said, we couldn't be happier with this flooring.
The only drawback to the floording that we have found is that it does scratch/dent easily if you drop something or if your dog slides around. The nice thing is that the blonde color hides these well, but it also gives your wood a little character too.

Comments about BELLAWOOD 3/4" x 2-1/4" Maple:
The milling quality was so good there was a very small percentage of waste. The color was consistent with the perfect mix of variety of tones. Substantially more work than a floating floor, especially since I had to replace my particle board subfloor with plywood to hold the floor down. I would highly recommend this floor.

Comments about BELLAWOOD 3/4" x 2-1/4" Maple:
The product looks great. It's been six months since the install. However, I am disappointed how easily this wood dents and scratches. It's much softer than what the rating system/graph suggests it to be. I do not recommend for high traffic areas or where furniture tends to move around. Make sure to use pads or carpet under furniture.
Service and delivery comments:
I was happy with all aspects of the service, from phone support, to store, to install team. If you create a plan, timeline and stay organized, this will be alot easier than you think.

Comments about BELLAWOOD 3/4" x 2-1/4" Maple:
I will know better how the product wears when I move into the area. The hardest part was waiting for the flooring to come in. make sure your measurements are correct and go with the increased amount because of the waste factor. We were off a partial box and once again had to wait but that was our error. LQ was great about calling as soon as the product came in. the Salesmen were very helpful.

Comments about BELLAWOOD 3/4" x 2-1/4" Maple:
We are extremely satisfied with Ray at the store in Caledonia, WI. He is very knowledgeable about the products and gives helpful hints. He also is understanding with slow decision makers and with the customers having uncertainty. He never was pushy or condescending. He exercised patience and compassion.
We are very satisfied with the product. Since having installed HWF before, the installation when smoothly. There were some pieces that were wraped and unuseable, but very few to make a difference in the amount of flooring needed.
The best part is that there is no sanding or finishing after installation. We could move right in!
So far it looks great. We are completely satisfied with the product and the company.
