Q:Can this product be installed on a three season room wall?
A:Prefinished flooring needs year round climate control. Unfinished flooring with penetrating natural oil sealers can be used as these finishes expand and contract with the flooring.
Q:what is the meaning of select and select better
A:Wood grading is based on appearance, length and size of the boards and knots.
Q:I want to install a wood floor over ceramic tile. Is this possible, or do I have to tear up the ceramic tile first?
A:Unfortunately with this low-profile, odd-lot product I would recommend busting up the ceramic tile
Q:Is this unfinished wood?
A:This is a pre-finished Odd lot product.
Q:So the catalog page that is linked to this product states that Bellawood offers a 50 year warranty...yet the specs states "N/A" by the warranty; my question is, "What is the warranty on this product?"
A:This is not a first quality product, it is sold as is because it is odd lot material. Sorry no warranty on odd lot material.
Q:can I use this on radiant heat? Must it be glued or can it be floated?
A:If the installation for this product is installed correctly, and the radiant heat system is maintained properly, and the humidity levels are maintained properly it could be used over radiant heat. The installation metod would depend on the radiant heat system. This is a nail down or glue down flooring product. Floating is not recommended.
Q:Is this an engineered wood?
A:The Bellawood 3/8" x 3" Select Red Oak Flooring Odd Lot is solid red oak flooring. Not engineered.
