This is beautiful wood, nice boards. Unfortunately virtually every piece has small scratches and marks caused by poor handling when packaging in the boxes. These looked like marks from machines. Fortunately only one piece was totally unusable due to this. Cannot understand why this otherwise excellent product was marred in this way.
Overall straight boards, good mix of lengths, etc.
Flimsy boxes broke at the ends making it more difficult to carry up stairs.

We used this in a very large master bedroom-approx 400 sq feet. We have pets and so far no scratching on the floor-is durable. Love all the different grains and color tones. Only complaint is some boxes contain some very short lengths and some boxes the boards are very long, so best to open 2 boxes at a time to be able to vary the lengths of the planks as you lay them out.

I used this for a bedroom floor (white oak select). Never having done this before, I borrowed my equipment from a carpenter friend, & it still took forever (2 1/4"/200 sq. ft.); I had to remove old particle board first. The flooring quality was very good, surprisingly the floor was plumb, but I sure wouldn't want to do this for a living. Working around closet openings was tricky.

Q:
Can this flooring be cleaned with a steam cleaner?1 answer
A:
We do not recommend steam mops or Roomba Scooba robots on our laminates or on any of our wood floor products. Although appropriate for kitchen sheet vinyl or ceramic tiles, wood, laminate and cork floorings have raw seam edges that can swell or cup with use of these cleaning methods. We recommend our Bellawood Floor Cleaner, or cleaners that are safe for water based urethane finishes. Thank you for your inquiry.Q:
To install this over concrete floating slab, what is the preferred method?1 answer
A:
This is a solid 3/4" product designed to be nailed to a wood substrate.Q:
