We layer our floors ourselves. Product cut easily and clicked together well. The only thing is make sure you put those pads on all your furniture. This floor seems to scratch quite easily. But with the pads on the bottom of our furniture everything has been fine! We absolutely love our new floors.
We bought this vinyl for our own little shop and wanted something we could install ourselves and not worry if any doggies had accidents. So far so good. Pee proof and dog ruff. We'd recommend this to anyone who expects to abuse their floor but does not want to see scratches on top of a shiny finish. The money you save on installation makes it well worth it.

We bought 600 sq ft of this for our finished basement. Installation was easy and we did it ourselves. We have had it installed over a month now and there are fine scratches all over the floor. I slid a plastc tub full of dishes into the closet and left huge scratches. We are very disappointed and are going to purchase a bunch of area rugs to reduce this problem.
