Waste of time and money

We did out entire house in this floor and regret it. It is so soft that even the wand attachment from the vacuum left a mark when it fell off. Thank god we don't have children or pets because it is so easy to trash. Upon install the topcoat cracks (leaves little white cracks on the surface) where the cleat is. We reduced the PSI down to 70 or below and that helped a little but we still had to go through and do touchups. The ONLY good thing about this flooring is the color and the grain but with all the scratches and dents after just days of use, quality is far more important than first impressions.

Poor product

Although easy to install and looks great, the American Walnut is much softer than I was led to believe. It dimples when something is placed on it, high heels would leave marks and if an item of light to moderate weieght is moved across it, it leaves a depression.
