So glad I went with this product. It is peace of mind to have the better quality engineered hardwood that will wear better in places like the kitchen and bathroom. You don't have to freak out about a little water like you do with laminate.

I used this flooring in my living room. It is a small room of 250 square feet and the flooring adds a very classy look. The maple spice color and grain fit the room perfectly - not overpowering with color or depth of grain. I have never experienced engineered flooring before but right now I am impressed. It has a solid feel and does not appear to scratch as easily as hardwood. The finish appears to offer enough protection.

Q:
Can this product be refinished like an solid wood floor?1 answer
A:
Full refinishing will take slightly under a 1/32” off the veneer of the wood flooring. The thickness of the veneer and how much wear and dents a floor has will determine how many times it can be refinished.Q:
What are the lengths of each section. I am looking to install as a ceiling over pre existing beams.1 answer
A:
The boards will come in random lengths from 18" - 72". Normally if someone is interested in using flooring for ceiling applications they stick with our unfinished pine that comes in 6' and 8' lengthsQ:
is this appropriate for high traffic area? what about a bathroom? scratch and dent easy?1 answer
A:
This material is the thickest of the engineered products that we retail, it has a 2MM wear layer and would work well in your high traffic area's. The only other material in an engineered line that would have a thicker wear layer is our Bellawood Engineered, that is 1/2" thick total with a 3.5MM wear layerQ:
What is the wear thickness?1 answer
