Comments about Casa de Colour 3/4" x 2-1/4" Spice Oak:
Very nice flooring - bought 800 sqft to finish out a game room. The wood grain is beautiful, and it installed fairly easily. I haven't installed wood flooring in 20 years, and this seemed to go in with less trouble than I remember. Good replacement for the carpet. Don't get it confused with the high-dollar $8/ft stuff, but for a 1970's vintage house, this was a great update and didn't break the bank.

Comments about Casa de Colour 3/4" x 2-1/4" Spice Oak:
Nice product for the money. Slight variation in product thickness that causes an occaisional board to be "proud" of its neighbors (could have been minimized with more careful matching on my part, which I have never had to do previously). But more than happy with the final result.

I love my new floors. They look beautiful. If it wasn't for lumber liquidators, I wouldn't have been able to afford them.

This floor looks great. I just put it in at the beginning of March and am not certain how it will stand up to my dogs, but so far so good.

Comments about Casa de Colour 3/4" x 2-1/4" Spice Oak:
I installed 600 sq. ft. myself. The guys at LL were helpful and friendly, but badly misjudged the amount of time it would take me to install (they said 2 days, it took me 6 - though I was working around my family and had many odd angled cuts). Instead of renting a floor nailer for $75 every 2 days, I bought one for $160 and it worked like a champ.

The finish is really fine and brittle, the wood breaks easily.

Comments about Casa de Colour 3/4" x 2-1/4" Spice Oak:
The floor is beautiful. Originally purchased another floor and it was way too light. This floor matches existing floors in living, dining room and stairs. The variation is beautiful.
Unfortunately, it dents easily. I jump every time someone drops keys, tv remotes, or a can (lysol, furniture polish, etc.). I refused to allow anyone with high heels to walk on it. I've purchased slippers for guests.
