To start out, this isn't the flooring I initially picked out. I actually chose a different finish than the one that was loaded into my truck. With that said, be very careful when you go to the LL in Huntsville, AL. Make sure you are getting what you are buying. The sad part is that I didn't notice that I had the wrong finish until about 2/3 of my flooring was down...
I've had this for almost one year. It is in my kitchen, living, dining and bedroom. The kitchen/living/dining is all open, so I really like the flow of one type of flooring. And this looks really good. I get lots of compliments on it. Have had spills, overflowing and dog urine on it, in the kitchen, and have not seen any damage from it. Really doesn't scratch or bubble.
One problem that I do have is keeping it clean. Gorgeous flooring, but gets dusty/dirty really quick. I have been using Bona to clean it, but it doesn't last long. I would love for someone to help me out with that part.
Good for pets and kids. I have no other complaints except for keeping it clean.

I installed this flooring in our home office. I was worried about the ease of installation as several reviews said it was difficult. The price and look were perfect, so I decided to give it a chance. The room is 12ft by 16ft, and I was able to install it by myself in just over 4 hours. I had been wanting to install laminate in our home office, but my husband thought it wouldn't look nice. I was literally able to get the entire project (carpet removal, flooring install, and new baseboards) while he was at work. The best part is my husband was pleasantly surprised when he saw the final product. I have installed laminate flooring before, and I didn't really find this product any different in terms of ease of installation. The only issue I had was the last row of boards had to be cut lengthwise, and our circular saw was not up to the task. I had to use a table saw for that, but I believe this is an issue with the saw as opposed to the flooring.
The only down side I have found in the flooring is there is now an echo in the room. It was carpeted before, so this is to be expected. I am hoping this resolves with the addition of the "soft" items that will go in the room.

Easy to install and looks great. We have this flooring throughout our house. Did the downstairs first, went back a year later and put it in upstairs.

The floor goes down easy after you get the first row or two started. One problem I had was when trying to tap the boards together with the block, the cardboard looking lip on the edge would start to peel off. It kept getting stuck in between the boards and wouldnt let them lock together. Its a great looking floor at a great price.
The flooring went down just like it was designed

rhey were a bit of a pain to put down the peices didnt want to lock togather like they should. i would not reccomend for someone who does not have some carpenter skills. the floors are not as scratch resistant as the sales person said they where .the sales man took a key and scratched across the displsy and it didnt scratch but when we got the floor down just a slide of the coffee table put scrstches in the floor:(. bit over all my new floor looks GREAT.

Saved a lot of money by ripping up my carpet and buying and putting down felt paper before installers got there. Also picked up flooring myself - 49 boxes fit in my Scion XB with no problem at all. Did purchase toe molding and T-molding elsewhere but it matched the flooring perfectly.
Installers recommended through Lumber Liquidators did a great job! Over 500 square feet installed in less than 9 hours. Very professional and cleaned everything up before they left.

My husband and father in law installed this floor in our entire downstairs. It is a beautiful wood but if you have a dog I would NOT recommend it. Because it is so glossy and dark it shows a lot of dust and foot prints. I have to follow behind my dog every time she comes in the house with the Bona floor cleaner (almost all floor cleaners leave a weird film, even the ones made for laminate). Also the corners and ends of the wood chips and dents when you are installing it. I think this flooring would be good for an area like a bedroom or dining room, rooms where there isnt a lot of traffic coming from outside doors!

Tore out most of main floor carpet (and some tile) and replaced with laminate. Room echoes more now, but not as much as with bare subfloor, so the padding must help. Intallation was fairly easy for retrofit - I didn't remove solid oak baseboard or door casings. If I had cheap(er) baseboard and casing I would have removed to make installation even easier.

I laid about 400 sq ft of this in one day at one of my rehab homes and it came out great. Matched my standard builder grade trim very well and feels very solid with it being 10mm. Easy to cut, easy to work with and the number of 'misfits' in the box was very low, almost non existent. I would highly recommend this to others and I will certainly use it again.

Q:
What is the proper way to install the stair nosing on this product?1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
Generally you would cut off the overlapping stair nose and then install laminate nosing and flooring. However, laminate flooring and nosing isn't a great idea for stairs, fine for one or two steps but we caution the use of it on an entire staircase. People do it but it can be unsafe. Check your local building codes. Hardwood flooring and nosing works great, when laminate IS used you must fully glue will 100% urethane adhesive without the use of padding, padding attached laminate must have paddling scraped off.Q:
