      A:

A U-Track fastens to wood subfloor with wood screws, for concrete subfloor use "Tapcon" concrete screws and/or appropriate Liquid Nail. Masonry bit required. This can also be fastened with screws and a rawel plug (concrete wall plug).

Molding then pushes and attaches to U-Track much like a zip-lock bag. For details type T-molding here - http://www.lumberliquidators.com/ll/flooring/Flooring101

      A:

Install the flooring planks including the underlayment by
leaving a 1" inch (25mm) gap for the installation
      of the T-molding.
Check out our website under Flooring 101 by typing in " Transition applications for Laminates and floating wood floors (pdf) “, click on the top red & white PDF symbol (upper left), then open pop up". Thank you for writing in.
