I used it in a basement area. It is water resistant. I am happy with the product but it is difficult to cut. I used a sharp razor knife to score it (top side)then snap it off. There's probably an easier way but I am not aware of it.

I installed Tuscan Amber in a bathroom. Easy to install but can be a challenge to cut. I was able to complete this project in just a few hours.

Service and delivery was great. Ordered it on line and it arrived at the local store in less than a week.
I installed it in one of our bathrooms in about 4 hours.

We laid this floor in our kitchen, approximately 100 square feet to compliment a laminate floor in our dining area. The product was very easy to install as long as you don't man-handle it. It just clicks together neatly, no reason to pound on it. The Tuscan Amber really brings out the warmth of our golden oak cabinets and compliments the Golden Amber Oak floor in our dining area. Clean up is a breeze with a damp mop or cloth. We are thrilled with our purchase and will go back to Lumber Liquidators the next time we need flooring. We will definitely recommend this floor and have already recommended Lumber Liquidators to our family and friends. Pictures do not do the floor justice! You need to see it for yourself.

The product claim is "easy installation, snaps together withouth effort". Not hardly! The first row is easy but after that it's all downhill. After trying unsucessfully for 3 days to do it myself I had to call in a contractor. It was as difficult for him as it was for me. It cost me $600 for him to do a small kitchen and laundry room. I will never buy this product of any like it again.

Once I figured out how the product locked together. I didn't need any special tools to cut the product. I would recommend this to anyone and it is something we will definitely use again.
