Works great with magic eraser. So freaking easy I wish I had used it before on the bedroom we did.

I bought this stuff because I was going to glue down some bamboo throughout my house. It was expensive but all the other similar cleaners were the same price. I used a rag to wipe the glue off as I was working. After the job was done, I could see spots where glue was still there (slight haze look). Using this product helped get thoses spots clean. One 32oz can should be enough for 800-1000sq ft of floor.

Anyone who has done glue removal knows it is messy and it seems you never have gotten it all. Yes, good product and is effective in removing even old glue. I highly would recommend using it.

We used this product to clean the excess glue off the floor when we installed the hardwood floor. You need to wipe the glue off right away. The longer it sits the more difficult it is to remove the flue.

In 2003 we installed glue down bamboo floors. The glue gave us fits and I don't think we ever got it all off. Fast forward to 2011, we hired professionals to install glue down bamboo floor. Guess what, glue still got everywhere. They scrubbed and scrubbed with mineral spirits but the glue remained. Then we bought this product and with a little elbow grease the glue spots came up. If you are gluing down your floors this is a must have!

I used this cleaner when laying my hardwood floor but it left a residue which did not coming up with mild soap and water as recommended. Any ideas?1 answer

It could be that the adhesive was left on the finish to long and it caused a blemish in the finish. The cleaner will remove the adhesive, but it will not be able to fix areas where the adhesive may have bonded to the finish. It is very important to remove any adhesive off the finish right away.
