I installed this flooring in my Mother's laundry room. I've never installed a click vinyl floor. It was very quick and very easy to do by myself. It does take a degree of finessing and focus to get the tiles to lock straight and secure. Mistakes are no problem. The tiles easily come apart. Very easy to score and snap. We shopped around at a couple big box stores for click vinyl, but Lumber Liquidators' price is far cheaper.
Love the rich surface texture. Don't love that the vinyl material is black, so any scratches and gouges to the surface picture will show very easily. Also wish there were faux grout lines to break up the busy pattern. As a result, it looks like sheet vinyl instead of individual tiles.

We installed this in a bathroom . it was easy to work with, easy to install. we gave this a 4 star rating because we have not had it long enough to see how it will stand up to wear and water resistance.
it is a beautiful floor !!

I put this down in both bathrooms and in my den. Each room instantly looked bigger and more inviting. The den previously had carpet (bad mistake on my part). Now it is open, clean and looks very updated. I am very pleased with Lumber Liquidators and the installation crew. They worked with me to make sure I had just the right product and trim that I needed. They did a great job in a short time and cleaned up as they went so there were never any issues. Highly recommend their services.

We hired a highly experienced professional installer to handle our job. It looks nice on the floor, but a number our tiles ended up separating. I'm extremely disappointed with the end result. If you decide to purchase this product I would suggest that you use a tile adhesive to avoid this problem. It's a tricky product to work with.

It would have been helpful if instructions were more readily found just as one opens the box. I was at the end of first box before I found that one should start at the upper left corner of the space.

We bought this product to put over ceramic tile in three bathrooms. We really like how this looks in the bathrooms, how it is non slip and much warmer to the touch than the ceramic, but:
We keep having issues with this coming apart and the seams opening up, then you can see the black lip down between them.
I have kept putting back together, and just by the little bit of pressure you put on it by walking on it, it separates over and over again.
We had a contractor install this, so we assume it was done right. But maybe not. Who knows.
All I know is it was very expensive flooring and we are certainly unsatisfied with it. Now we are stuck with it.

I wish this came in a lighter colored option. I love the look of the Venetian Cream pattern, however, it was too dark for my small kitchen.

Q:
I am installing this flooring in my Bathroom (Tranquility 5mm Venetian Cream Click Resilient Vinyl)I have installed about 3 rows of the flooring. The flooring seam is pretty easy to come apart and it seems to still slide around on the existing floor. Would installing this over the Eco Silent Sound HD Underlayment help with these 2 issues1 answer
A:
Please contact me directly and I would be glad to answer any of your installation questions.Q:
does the pre-existing floor need to be level. The pre-existing floor is pine and it is uneven.1 answer
A:
Yes it needs to be flat to within 1/8" in 6' radius.Q:
Can you put this over an existing sheet vinyl floor in a kitchen? The existing vinyl had to be glued down because of the radiant heat in the floor. (Older home with hot water pipes going throughout concrete floor.) Will the heat make the seams separate?1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
You can install over flat, level, vinyl. Spongy vinyls or heavily embossed vinyl should be removed.Q:
What do you put around pedestal and toilet to seal this product?1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
Remove the toilet and install up to flange with a 3/16- to 1/4 inch expansion gap, be certain the toilet will seat on the flange and wax ring as the floor height will change. A new wax toilet ring will likely be needed. Replace the toilet and use a flexible silicone sealer around the bottom of the toilet base.Q:
I want to use this in a cabin that will be unused most of the winter and temperatures will be well below zero. As long as the floor and the air are dry, will the cold hurt it at all?1 answer
A:
Solid vinyl will be subject to the effects of temperature. If proper heat are not maintained your flooring may shift, shrink, expand, gap or buckle. Thank you for your inquiry.Q:
I want to install over concrete in a beach house that will flood when hurricanes come ashore. When the water goes down, we have to sweep out the last few inches and use fans to dry the floors. Will it stand up to this?1 answer
A:
Being solid vinyl this would be the best choice out of the products we carry, but flooding can not be warrantied.Q:
Can this product be cleaned with mop & water?1 answer
A:
Yes, We recommend our Bellawood Floor Cleaner, or cleaners that are safe for water based urethane finishes. Never use any polish, wax, oil soaps or cleaners that add shine to the floor.Q:
what is the correct size of this product, is it 1'x 2' panels ,or is it 6"x 48" planks. in the question area you have two different sizes given. Thanks1 answer
A:
These panels are 1'x 2' panels I apologize for the miss-information.
