We're returning but not bc it's a bad product. My brother picked up the floor for us and thought he's grab this bc he heard so much good about it. Little did he realize it was us that were one of the ppl who told him of it. We have one so don't need the second. It's several years old and I have used it for laying our first floor we purchased here. I'm happy~

This tool makes trimming door jambs before installing floor simple. It also gets into corners that a hand saw cannot reach.

Bought this on a lark due to give-away price at check-out. (A single blade for my Fein Supercut costs more than this entire machine.) Now I'm finding that it performs virtually identically to the German original, forcing me to retire the "superior" brand-name tool in favor of the radical economy of the Norge and its absolutely adequate tooling.

For a tool freak, this is indeed a Guilty Pleasure ... :-)

I would recommend the straight cutter blade over the round one.
The instructions show that the washer (flange) goes on top of the blade and then the hex bolt is tightened down to secure blade.

Someone ask a question about the warranty on "Norge 120-Volt Oscillating Multi-Tool" and the answer was for an "air tool." I would like an answer about the warranty and return policy on this specific tool because someone told me that it probably wouldn't last long since it is an off brand.
Question 2) Could you please describe what blades come with it? I can see several but can not identify their intended use. Thanks

Can one of the blades that the saw uses cut nails? The nails aren't big, but were used to nail down mobile home carpet. The installers (for some strange reason) used hundreds of nails to nail down the carpet and they did this along each wall. So it's either pull thousands of these little nails out or find a way to cut them flush with the sub-floor. Any response will be appreciated.

I have no information as to how long this blade will last with these nails (it depends on how hard they are) sorry.
You may need to get extra blades.

A laminate cutter, circular saw or miter/cut-off saw should be used to cut laminate flooring lengths. Multi-tool may be used for smaller cuts and undercutting door jams and trim.
