This flooring is just beautiful!!! I put it in my 17yr olds bedroom. He and I laid the flooring and wished we had it installed by Lumber Liquidators. I will be purchasing more for the other three bedrooms and will have it installed. We thought that it was going to be an easy project-NOT! We did lay down the underlayment ok, but when it came to the flooing, once we got one row connected to the previous roll everything started to separate. ery fustrating.. Alast- what a beautiful floor...

Alot of work, as any floor is. Layed in our entry way, front hall, living room, dining area and kitchen.

the edges are fragile. connecting pieces are not wood but rather particle board. 95% of install is fine but the edges and tight spots need more hammering on edges and the pieces chip. Learn install tips before install.

My husband (a professional carpenter), quickly and easily installed flooring in our living room. Extremely little waste if done properly. Flooring arrived in pristine condition and extremely fast. Very happy with product and is the best of the best for lament flooring. Kid friendly, pet friendly. Very easy to clean. I recommend buying a dust mop and use lumber liquidators cleaning solution. Remember to swipe with the grain of the wood for easy cleanup. No residue left behind. Pictures doesn't do this flooring justice!!
Service and delivery comments:
Arrived at lumber liquidators 2 weeks ahead of schedule! No issues/problems with flooring once opened.
We installed the Warm Springs Chestnut. love how it looks. Seems like a quality product. We like the 12 mm thickness and the pad that is attached to the back. It looks and feels and sounds like real wood. We followed the advice of others not to walk on the exposed edges to keep it from chipping. Very important.
Installation has been slower than expected for my husband. But worth the wait. We r installing in entry way, living room, kitchen and bathrooms. So far we r happy w our choice but haven't had it long enough to say how it lasts in the long run.

We installed this flooring in a hallway and three bedrooms and it's beautiful! This color of laminate is very popular, so the only con was that we had to wait about a month to receive the product, but it was worth it!

I like the flooring and it looks wonderful. I purchased enough flooring to do approximately 900 sq. ft. At this point I have completed about 150 square feet and have several planks with chips in them. When installing and using the pull bar next to the wall the surface of the flooring is delicate. Any damage at all causes the floor to chip.

We have installed this product all over the house except for our bathrooms. It looks fabulous, and was easy to install. TAKE NOTICE that the promise of three different lengths of boards did not come to fruition. We had 50 boxes of the flooring, and not one had different lengths of boards. The product still looks amazing.

I have this in my entire basement. We laid it on the diagonal with 3 people that knew nothing about laying floor. We accomplished it in a great deal of time but it looks very classy and expensive (the diagonal really helped with that.) Buy more than the calculator says if you are laying on the diagonal. There is more waste if you haven't done it before. I didn't use Lumber Liquidators transition pieces as they were out of stock and I was able to find something matching at a big box store for very cheap. I wouldn't go with the big box store floor that looks identical because the texture when it is all laid out is far superior in the Lumber Liquidators brand. I have to disclose that I did get a price match on this product but I believe it is worth the regular price.

How do laminate floors do in bathrooms? Would you recommend it?1 answer
A:
Due to the excessive moisture present in a full bath we cannot recommend any of our solid natural flooring or laminate products for this application, I would suggest one of our vinyl Tranquility products. We have a 2mm peel and stick and now a 4mm click together product that can go in full bath areas or where moisture is a concern. Thank you for your inquiry.Q:
I'm looking for photos of this Warm Springs Chestnut 12mm installed in a room. Can you direct me to photos?1 answer

How do you maintain it1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
For general cleaning a swiffer type system works best. Not one that sprays the floor however. Lightly damp is fine but never soak or flood mop your floor. Do not use steam mops. Have a no shoes policy as much as possible. Use felt pads on all furniture. Sweep often.Q:
With pre-glued backing, is the product suitable to be installed over the radiant floor heating?1 answer
A:
Yes you can!Q:
We are installing a laminate floor in our basement. Is this a free floating floor? What is the 3 mm pre-glued backing? Can you explain what it is? What type of moisture barrier do you recommend with this product? Thanks.1 answer
A:
Yes this is a free floating floor.Q:
how do you layout 3 different lenghts1 answer
A:
There is no set "pattern" mix it up, shuffle the deck working out of 3 to 4 boxes using all three lengths. You will still be cutting the starter board in each row to help create a random look.Q:
We have a 100pd dog. Is this a good product for such a large animal?1 answer
A:
Despite today's advanced technology, water spills, dirt and other abrasive substances can damage a wood floor's finish. Location, traffic patterns, how often the floor is vacuumed and cleaned, children and/or pets are all factors that influence wear and durability.
