Q:Is there a wax or conditioner I can use on this floor to make it more resistant/urine proof/water proof? Can I wax it, where do I find overall floor care instructions?

Q:can you return boxes of this floor that you don't use??
A:Yes, generally. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns on open bundles, close-outs, odd-lots, laminates or items no longer in stock. Special orders are non-cancelable and may not be returned for any reason, other than defect. Any shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. We accept cash, checks and credit cards. There is a $25 returned check fee.
Q:can you mix the widths of your oak floors. We currently have 400 feet of your 3 1/4 rustic red oak flooring and would like to consider mixing the 5 and 3 1/4 to go throughout our house.
A:It would not be recommended for the rustic product because we have several vendors (mills) that provide our raw material and when you mix mills they may not fit together (align) properly.
Q:How much does each box of flooring weigh? Would like to take advantage of free in-store pick up but need to know if our truck can handle the weight.
A:Each box weighs 50.68 lbs.
Q:Of all the brands you carry, which one has a finish that will best stand up to dog urine or solid waste with out leaving a mark?
A:None of our products are designed to with stand this type of environment.
