Great, absolutely love the long of taller baseboards. I painted all the boards before I had them installed so after installation all I had to due is touch up the base boards.

I was going to go to Lowes or Home Depot, but the guys at the Tigard store were able to save me almost 30% over their pricing. The only thing I wish is that it would come in lengths longer than 8ft. 10 or 12footers would be better. After painting and installing they look GREAT.

These molding ia a real good value compared to Lowes and Home Depot. In the contractor pak it is 20 cents a ft cheaper for the same quality. The only negative is the 8 ft length. Wish they were in 10 or 12 ft lengths.

Anyway they installed easy and look good. Best of all the wife is happy.

Great baseboard for the cost. The only thing why I didn't give it a perfect score was a couple of the boards were split at the end about 6 to 12 inches. Other than that they were great.

Lumber liquidators delivered the 5x baseboards. I would suggest quality control before delivering to customer. Two of the baseborads had cracks, rough edges and damage. I would not have selected these if i was picking them myself.

                  Comments about White Painted Colonial Baseboard 1/2" x 5" x 96":

Used to finish several rooms with laminate and carpeted floors. Molding had minor blemishes, but generally at ends where damage is inconsequential. Available locally only in 8 foot lengths - longer would have been useful. Product is scarfed wood pieces - not exactly top of the line, but a very good choice for economical baseboard molding. Width is just adequate to conceal expansion gap for laminate flooring. For less than flat floor, shoe molding is needed to conceal gaps where floor is uneven (as with any tall/inflexible baseboard). Painted and installed, looks great!

                  Service and delivery comments:

Pricing erratic. Got at least 4 different prices for same product at different times.

Please consult a proffessional carpenter in your area.
I use a quick grab caulk adhesive and along with a finish nailer placing the two nails at opposite angles at each fastening sight approx. 18' apart along base to pull tight into the drywall.
