We both agreed on this grey flooring and we don't regret it at all... I'm in love with my new flooring thru out our home... Very satisfied with this product and color....
Service and delivery comments:
The delivery was fast and flooring was well packaged. No damages at all...
This product i so much more beautiful in person that you would even expect. Everybody thought I was crazy going for this dark color. Now that they see it in person, everyone has eaten their words.
I thought it was going to be too dark but it was perfect! My daughter has white furniture and my son has light grey and the floor looks phenomenal.
Installed this floor in our master bedroom. Wasn't sure about the color but when it was all done looks quite amazing. Looks very classy with white walls. Long planks can sometimes be difficult to work with but with a good mallet installation moved along pretty fast.
Love the color, beautiful looks great.
Service and delivery comments:
We love it, The final results is modern but could fit in any style. Easy to install, some planks need readjusting.
The plank look is gorgeous. Only problem our 3lbs Yorkie is scared of it to slippery.
This floor looks great in our bedrooms. So far so good. We will see how the long term durability is over the next few years but no issues at the moment.
Was not an easy installation. Did not snap into place as described. Had to pound almost every one.
It feels like a purchased a new home! My house looks and feels drastically different. Best Investment I have made so far.
I have not done the quarter round yet, but love the floor itself.

Q:Can this product be used on stairs? How many boards are there per box?
A:Yes Laminates can be installed on stairs, but due to the overlap design of the stair nosings it would not be my first choice for a full flight of stairs. For safety reasons these must be fully glued using urethane adhesives, do not use underlayments.
Q:Can I obtain a written copy of the full compliance with the California Air Resources Board (CARB)Airborne Toxic Control Measure (ATCM) 93120 Title 17 Phase II standards for formaldehyde?
A:Please call our Customer Service Dept. @ (800) 366-4204 for help with this question. Thank you for your inquiry.
Q:What are the plank dimensions and are they smooth or textured?
A:5" wide x 4' long & has a very slight texture.
Q:What is the finish on this floor?
A:Laminate flooring is a manmade product typically constructed with a high density fiber board core sandwiched in-between a melamine laminate backing, making them very water resistant, though not water proof. On the surface is a high quality photographic paper that has an image of wood or ceramic topped with abrasion resistant wear layer. Laminates with an (AC 3) Abrasion Criteria rating of 3 are well suited for light commercial applications and Laminates are great choices for radiant heat and cement installations. ManyLaminates are equipped with a pre-attached pad on the back, those that do not will require an underlayment. Warranty duration in years are related to wear layer thickness and warrantees are only applicable to normal foot traffic and board construction, not moisture, scratches and dents, these are site related issues.
Q:how does this material handle spills if we install it in a kitchen? I see it is mentioned as good for moisture, and we had a laminate floor that was ruined from a toilet overflow even though it was cleaned up right away. how would this particular laminate handle if a sink over flowed?
A:Any laminate floor will not perform in a "flooding" incident.
Q:How long is each box of flooring? I would like to transport the boxes in my sedan.
A:The boxes are Just over 4' long.
Q:Where is the Dream Home - St. James 12mm+pad Flint Creek Oak manufactured and is it one of the floors that will be discontinued? Can it also be installed in a basement.
A:The Country of Origin for this laminate is USA, it is not included in the 60 Minutes allegations.
Q:Has this particular laminate been tested for formaldehyde? If so, what were the results?
A:This flooring is Made in USA and it is not included in the 60 Minutes allegations (they tested our US laminates also).
Q:Where is this particular laminate manufactured?
A:This is a product of the USA.
Q:Can you install this over a thin commercial grade carpet?
A:Unfortunately not recommended.
