All successful candidates will be required to pass a background check, drug test and possess a valid driver's license. A credit check will be performed for all management positions.
Retail Store Manager- Responsible for managing the daily operation of a retail business. The SM is responsible for achieving or exceeding store sales and profit goals on a monthly and annual basis while adhering to company policies and governmental regulations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The individual will lead and communicate with a team of one to ten associates while overseeing a store with annual sales of up to $12 million annually. Qualified candidates will possess a High School diploma and at least three years of direct managerial experience in retail or similar industry. A Bachelor's Degree and prior supervisory experience is preferred.
Assistant Store Manager 1 (ASM1) - is responsible for assisting in the daily operation of a retail showroom and warehouse facility. The ASM1 is responsible, in the absence of the Store Manager (SM), for the management and operation of the store. Qualified candidates will possess a high school diploma and one to three years of retail experience. Hardwood flooring background or knowledge is helpful.
Assistant Store Manager 2 (ASM2) - assists the Store Manager and the Assistant Store Manager 1 in the daily operation of a retail showroom and warehouse facility. The ASM 2 is responsible, in the absence of the SM and ASM1, for the management and operation of the store. Qualified candidates will possess a high school diploma or GED with three to six months related retail and/or warehouse experience or an equivalent combination of skills and experience. Hardwood flooring background or knowledge is helpful.
Sales/Warehouse Associate- is responsible, under direct supervision, for assisting the store location in sales, receiving loads, loading customers, keeping track of inventory, and keeping the store warehouse neat and organized. Qualified candidates will possess a high school diploma or GED and six months to one year of work experience preferably in retail or warehouse environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
