Beautiful color variation! Put in guest room and office where we don't go into very much so we do not have issues with scratching. Will continue to buy Bellawood Engineered!

Beautiful floor but do not buy. This floor scratches super easily. You literally need to walk bear feet on it. Everything will scratch this floor. We're so disappointed after having it just installed it in a 3,000+ sqft home. We bought the most expensive floor, yet knew walnut was soft but the scratches are really due to the finish coat on it. Do not buy, unless you do not leave in your house!

Would not put this floor down if you have pets or traffic in the area finish scratches easily and the fabulous 50 warranty does not cover scratches. We have a different product in our cabin 3 years older with the same type of traffic and pets and no scratches.Producl looked good when it was new but didn't last a month.

Can this be used in a bathroom?1 answer

Due to the excessive moisture present in a full bath we cannot recommend any of our natural flooring or laminate products for this application. In a full bath I would suggest one of our vinyl Tranquility products. We have a 2mm peel and stick and now a 4mm click together product that can go in full bath areas or where moisture is a concern. What is the process to install this floor over an existing linoleum floor.I have the old style linoleum. 12" x 12 " squares from the 1960's. The very dense type of linoleum.1 answer

You may float over it using the tongue and groove float method described in the instructions. If your linoleum is well secured, flat, and level with a recommended subfloor you can nail down hardwood flooring over it. Many linoleum and vinyl floors have particle board or luan under them which is not a subfloor which can hold nails well. In this case a good choice will be a floating wood engineered or laminate floor. Or remove and replace with plywood.Q:

Our Bellawood floors are factory pre-finished with an aluminum oxide water-base urethane using a multi-step application process. (8) coats are applied to most domestic and exotic wood species and each coat is hard-cured using Ultraviolet (UV) light. Bellawood pre-finished flooring offers superior wear resistance and is backed by a limited 100-year warranty! (The exact formula is propietary information)Q:
