Mission olive laminate looks great in my house. Neighbors and friends all comment on attractive finish. Flooring has been very durable during the fist few months of use holding up to family traffic.

Other than no instructions for layout it was easy to install with the right tools. I used it in 2 bedrooms and I feel I have a new house now. I have one more bedroom to do and I cannot wait.
NICE STUFF TO WORK WITH. LOOKS SUPER GREAT ! COMES WITH BACKING ON IT.
This product looked very nice in the showroom and the same now that it is installed in our home. However it has only been in for two weeks and I'm very dismayed to find corners of the planks are starting to chip and some of the butt joints are starting to open up from foot traffic. Installation was done according to specification. I would not buy this product again.
i make the installation on my bedroom ,my wife said its beatifull...belive if my wife said that ...its because it is,,,,
A really nice product......8hrs to do 250 SqFt...including a tricky closet!

I am planning my installation now and I am wondering if I can leave a 1/2" expansion gap instead of 1/4". I plan on using 3/4" quarter round to cover the gap.1 answer

Yes and recommended.Q:
How do you recommend cutting the pieces that need to be trimmed for posts/room angles. (Compound miter saw, face down with tape, face up with tape, no tape), how many teeth on the blade?1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE

A Jig saw, Table saw, Miter-chop saw, Jam or tenon saw are all useful. Carbide blade; medium tooth. Always cut finish side.Q:
What is the IIC and STC rating? thanks...1 answer
A:

How do I install the stair bullnose. I was expecting that I would cut the half round off the existing top stair and glue the bullnose to the top stair. I expected that the floor planks would click into the bullnose after I glued it on. Apparently the flooring does not click into the bullnose. Also, what kind of adhesive do you recommend for the bullnose.1 answer
A:

I ordered theater seating which has metal bars on bottom of seats and reclines. What do you suggest I do to protect the laminate flooring? Should I cut felt the whole length of the theater seats? Seems like it would be difficult to cut and apply felt to all of the metal bars under the seating. I also thought I could put down the non slip grip padding I used for my throw rugs.1 answer
A:
Although difficult to do putting, felt on the 'chair runners" is the best way to protect the flooring.Q:
What does this flooring look like with the light Hickory kitchen cabinets?1 answer
A:
This would blend very well with your cabinets based on the color variation in the flooringQ:
Do I really need to install a T-molding break if I have a run of 29 feet? It's only 2 feet past the 27 foot recommendation and would not look good.1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
At 29' you will likely be okay, 2' over isn't much. Only problem is if you were to have separating issues related to lack of break, the warranty would not help.Q:
What is the best way to clean and sanitize this floor. I have a laminate floor Inspiri Mission Olive. I have seen the Shark steam cleaner/vacuum for hard wood and laminate floors. Is this good to use?1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
For general cleaning, use a dust mop, or vacuum (without the beater bar) with the soft-floor attachment of your vacuum cleaner or wipe occasionally with a damp cotton or cloth mop.Q:
I and my son use a walking cain, is this floor safe for us and I have young grandchildren, will this be safe for them wearing socks.1 answer
A:
Yes, this product will be both safe and durable for you and your son. Laminate floors are a hard sufrace; however, the foam padding underneath the America's Mission Olive laminate will make easier to walk on a softer than other hardwood floors.
