I love the staff. I came into to buy oak or at least I thought. The uses for my high traffic area would have been an nightmare with oak. They recommended the bamboo! I thought that high-dollar stuff was way outside my price range. Not so much! I love my new bamboo floor and it will stand up to my high traffic areas better!

We just installed this floor and have already received many compliments from people. Very easy to install in our living room & office, took only 1 day. It has a slight glossy look but I'm sure it's because the floor is so new. Excited to add furniture to this beautiful floor.

We installed this flooring on the whole first level of our condo. We were disappointed that it scratched easily. We are not even living in the condo yet and there are already scratches on the flooring.

The floor is beautiful and has a great finish. I love how it looks. However, we've only had the floor 5 months and have had to get it re-layed because it shrunk leaving a 1 inch gap and several 1/4 inch gaps. If you use this bamboo, be sure your intallation person knows how to acclimate it correctly.

We put this in our dining room and kitchen. It looks absolutely beautiful. However, it scratches really easily. Very disappointed. I'm scared to even put bar stools on it. The one good thing is that I was able to take some stain I had and go over the scratches with it and it hid them pretty well. I was NOT expecting to see any scratches since this is supposed to be harder than oak and for as much as it costs.

Q:
We installed our gorgeous antique strand bamboo floors in February. We love them, and get many compliments on the amazing look of our floors. However, I am having a terrible time keeping them clean. I've tried several suggestions for hard wood cleaners, soft cloth moping, etc. I've followed all the suggestions I can find both on this website and through internet searches for bambood flooring care. It just seems to continue to "build-up" rather than clean. Despite my efforts to clean, sudges and smears and footprints, etc appear practically immediately after I am finished either using the mop or finished from wiping by hand.0 answers
Q:
I have a few questions. Am I supposed to uses the wood glue on every short end to short end joint throughout the room? Or only glue the last piece in a row if it is under 12 inches (gluing the locking joint, not the short end?). Also to glue entire last row along the locking joint only? Please recommend specifically the glue to purchase. How long must I wait for it to dry before moving things back into the room? Also can I use the underlayment padding to level out areas in the floor? Like double it in a dip? The directions also say to seal the 1/2" expansion space in areas such as in front of the sink, outside doors etc. Please recommend specifically the product to use. Thank you for your help!1 answer
